I cannot have my Zorin PC conform with Bluetooth pairing of Sony's wire-less speaker, SRS-XB13.

I am a new to Zorin 18.1 Pro on Dell's Inspiron 5559 and troubled with the above-mentioned issue while I have been trying to find a solution by all means. Meanwhile, another PC with Zorin 18.1 Core on NEC NS300 is working without a problem. The former tries to find out SRS-XB13 but it cannot do so by any means. Please help me.

Sorry for having disturbed members concerned due to my lack of knowledge about the goods and Bluetooth technology. Finally I found out the solution for the issue with a help from Google AI Chatbot yesterday. The cause was extremely simple, to say that my having tried to reset SRS-XB13 by pressing both its Bluetooth button and volume (-) minus was wrong. Instead of doing so, when I just press the Bluetooth button, all devices resumed to a normal state without problem. Sorry again for my careless mistake. Thanks a lot.
