No Bluetooth adapters available

I have tried reinstalling all bluetooth related packages, but still when I open Blueman it does not detect any bluetooth adapters. Please help

I just noticed this? Is it enabled? That sounds obvious but I disabled it in Blueman on top right switch. Then enabled it. All devices disappeared. I closed the interface. But on the bottom dock noticed that Bluetooth was disabled. Looks like Blueman doesn't enable it again. At least in my case.
