Hello,

This is my first time opening an issue, so I hope this is the correct format. I appreciate any help/advice you may provide.

I recently did a fresh install of Linux Mint 22.2 Cinnamon (ver 6.4.8), and when I search with Bluetooth Devices, I get no results.

I have tried reinstalling blueman and bluez. Same results. I also did a fresh install of Linux Mint, same results. I did briefly install Pop!_OS and bluetooth was working on that distro on the same machine, so that is why I am posting here.

This is for the bluetooth device listed below:

lsusb | grep -i bluetooth
Bus 001 Device 006: ID 13d3:3601 IMC Networks Bluetooth Radio

Kernal:

uname -r
6.14.0-37-generic

Bluetooth is Enabled:

rfkill list
0: hci0: Bluetooth
	Soft blocked: no
	Hard blocked: no
1: phy0: Wireless LAN
	Soft blocked: no
	Hard blocked: no
systemctl status bluetooth
bluetooth.service - Bluetooth service
Loaded: loaded (/usr/lib/systemd/system/bluetooth.service; enabled; preset: enabled)
Active: active (running) since Thu 2026-01-01 14:02:20 CST; 1h 43min ago
       Docs: man:bluetoothd(8)
   Main PID: 936 (bluetoothd)
     Status: "Running"
      Tasks: 1 (limit: 57092)
     Memory: 2.9M (peak: 3.4M)
        CPU: 40ms
     CGroup: /system.slice/bluetooth.service
             └─936 /usr/libexec/bluetooth/bluetoothd

Finally, I did try the fix from the Linux Mint forums here, and had no success. I can provide logs and errors encountered if you like.

Please let me know if there is any other information I can provide. Any help/feedback is greatly appreciated!

Thank you!
