audio cluttering issue and weak bluetooth signal strength.

i am using Linux Mint 22.3 - Xfce 64-bit. and the issue related to bluetooth speaker and other bluetooth audio devices. there is only 35% signal strength. resulting experiencing very bad audio cluttering, the signal strength. please help.
