Question: What's the actual latest version currently (i.e 0.71b, c?)

I see the 0.71 folder on your site with many different 0.71 versions, including 0.71b and 0.71c with the latter being the latest. Also Ext2Mgr, -old and -old2.
May I ask what's the difference between all these binaries?
