Various small issues

Just jotting down some small issues from discussion with Nate and Meghan:

• mouse over display of the pmtiles contains too many fields. Would be ideal if it were filtered to fields relevant to the query (and maybe some fixed fields like unit name).
• Summary table is really nice but often includes too few fields to be useful. (Perhaps a shared mechanism to let LLM determine what fields are shown in both table and PMTiles mouse-over?)
• the LLM bot doesn't seem to auto-select the most relevant grouping variable, but always uses the current selection.
• Actions such as selecting a different grouping variable after having made a query with the LLM clear the map, so the user has to remake the query. (yeah may be tricky to deal with).
• Could probably cache queries, so that asking the same question again doesn't require hitting the LLM.
• Would be cool if download option included an option to download spatial data file?
• Most queries return confusing results due to the multiple parcels with same unit name. For most queries having aggregation by unit name would make much more sense. (Discuss with Carrie?)
