Issue in util-linux update in Bottlerocket v1.35.0

Image I'm using:
Any bottlerocket v1.35.0 AMI

What I expected to happen:
ls -lZ /var/lib/bottlerocket should show the correct SELinux labels for the contents of the directory

What actually happened:
