Game Over and restart

Is it possible to make a tile which if you step on it, the game stops, a 'Game Over' text appears and then the game restarts. (I want to place them at the bottom of the map so when you fall off, it's game over)

I have done a similar thing where I make the 'escmenu' (click 'esc' on your keyboard') pop up when you die

setup_done=false

Will cause the setup code to run again and so reset everything.

Before that you would need to initialise a timer on death, and then wait a while. This is the sort of stuff we will be tackling in the next couple of months.

Maybe a simpler hack is to reuse the menu code. So make an npc chat that starts when you die and when you exit it the game restarts?
