[Feature] progress bar during saving of curated data in the `napari` GUI

What writing curated data to disk from the Curation widget, we should display progress in the GUI itself.

I've been looking at the extract_cubes generator in curation.py and it seems like progress reporting during saving is already implemented , the generator yields {"value": 0, "min": 0, "max": len(sampler)} at the start of each cell type phase and {"value": i + 1} per batch, routed through update_progress via the @thread_worker yielded signal.

Could you clarify what's missing? For example:

• Is the issue that progress isn't shown when block=True (synchronous mode)?
• Or is there a specific saving step that happens outside extract_cubes that lacks progress reporting?

Happy to implement once the gap is clear.
