Icon on media notifications

Description

When media is playing on Android, the notification that the media player starts is using the regular "light mode" version of the logo. We need to use the "dark mode" version of it instead. This is regardless the user is using light or dark mode on the OS. The media player always needs to use the dark mode icon.

• We need to use social-brave-outline-favicon-fullheight with a schemes_primaryfixed color

Steps to reproduce

1. Open youtube
2. Start playing a video
3. See the persistent OS notification
4. Notice that the logo looks weird.
