Because the new app is based on librador and "Labrador" is missing the main feature "Scope" in it's name
how about LibraScope?

"Libre" has a very positive image too and sounds very similar to "Libra"

I see the appeal of including "scope" in the name, but I don't think it's crucial if a link to the Labrador board is prominently displayed in the description. Essentially everyone coming across the app will already be familiar with the Labrador project in any case.

Another possibility is Labradroid. It doesn't exactly roll off the tongue, but it otherwise is a convenient play on the existing name, and it has an obvious link to the particular relevance of the app.

I'd advise against using Labradroid because we need a cross-platform client with identical name for every platform just as today. The ImGUI-based "proof-of-concept" clients for macOS and Windows are LabraScope.
It would be great to combine them in a common code base like https://github.com/WerWolv/ImHex
