Add Russian translation for BTCPay Server

Description

BTCPay Server currently does not have an Russian translation. A Russian translation has been partially generated using AI, but it needs to be reviewed and corrected by a native or fluent Russian speaker before it can be merged.
This issue is open for anyone who would like to contribute one.

What needs to be done

• Go through the file and correct any mistranslations
• Make sure Bitcoin/Lightning-specific terms are accurate
• Ensure all placeholders are preserved unchanged ({0}, {{name}}, etc.)
• Add the _maintainer field at the beginning of the file with your name and GitHub profile link.
• Open a PR with the corrected file

Comment below to claim this issue before starting.
Fork the btcpayserver-translator repository, open translations/russian.json in your forked repository and make your changes. Once you are done editing, open a Pull Request back to the original repository.

Recognition

The maintainer's name will be credited directly inside BTCPay Server and visible to all users.

As a maintainer, you will be able to oversee and approve Russian translations contributed by others, as well as update the translation yourself whenever existing strings change or new ones are added.

Looking for a native or fluent Russian speaker familiar with Bitcoin terminology.

Hi!

1. In Russian legislation, there is no direct analogue of the Anglo-American concept of "invoice", which is both an invoice for payment, an act of completed work, and a document for tax deduction. In Russia, these concepts are divided into several documents. Therefore, the phrases with the word "invoice" were translated so that it was understandable to a Russian person.

2. In English, there are only two plural forms (one and many), and in Russian there are three, plus the endings depend on the last digit. Phrases where plural numbers are used have been translated to avoid using combinations of word endings.

In my opinion, I checked the most critical thing.
I'll do the rest later.
