[Bug]: Selecting images from Global Media for a Gallery does not work

Description of the bug

If you select images for a Gallery from the Global Media in the Block Editor, the images are not added to the Gallery after clicking on insert.

Reproduction instructions

1. Open the Block Editor
2. Add a Gallery Block
3. Choose Images from the Global Media
4. Click on insert/add
5. Gallery still empty.

Expected behavior

The global media images should be added to the Gallery
