chore(api-types): release 0.2.0 with session classification fields (#594)

Adds the wire shape additions from #591:
- errorSource ("provider" | "us")
- errorType, stopReason, retryCount

Lets the OSS CLI drop its inline SessionWithClassification extension
once it bumps the api-types pin.
