`next` does not handle suffixes

Any versions with a suffix are not incremented when next is called.

IMHO, that's how it should work.

E.g. you are working on v2.0.1-rc.1, this should mean that v2.0.1 is not out yet, and this is the first rc for it.

Once its stable, the next version is supposed to be v2.0.1, not v2.0.2 I think. 🤔

I think there's an interaction with the always:true setting, or including the --prerelease rc flag with svu next.
