HyperFrames video templates — attribution & licensing

These 23 templates were imported into Open Design from nexu-io/html-video (Apache-2.0). Each plugin's open-design.json (license, author, od.provenance, od.attribution) and template.json (source) carry the canonical per-template record; this file is the directory-level summary required by the upstream licenses. Studio names recorded under provenance.origin are factual records of stylistic inspiration only — Open Design and html-video are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them.
