Proposal: Add interactive tutorials section for #1074

Hi team,

I'd like to contribute to #1074 (cake-build/website#1074) (Add interactive tutorials). I noticed the original suggestions — Try .NET and Katacoda — are both no longer available (Try .NET retired Dec 2025, Katacoda shut down 2022).

My proposed approach:
Add a new input/docs/tutorials/ section with a series of step-by-step, hands-on markdown tutorials:

1. Your First Build Script — minimal hello-world build.cake
2. Tasks & Dependencies — task chaining, ordering, criteria
3. Working with Arguments — Argument(), HasArgument(), env vars
4. Using Extensions — #addin/#module directives with a real addin
5. Building a Real Project — full clean → build → test → pack workflow

Each tutorial would include prerequisites, copy-pasteable commands, expected output, and links to existing docs.

A couple of questions before I start:

• Does this scope/direction work for you, or would you prefer fewer or different tutorials?
• Any naming or structural conventions I should follow beyond what's in the existing docs?
