Evaluate how chage-notes in the plugin could be auto created

as per #10 either check/try:

• Ask for changes (more configuration options) in the gradle-plugin
• Check whether GRM-templating could be used to create org.jetbrains.changelog-compatible markdown.
• Create a custom gradle-plugin to replace org.jetbrains.changelog and update the plugin.xml directly from GitHub releases/milestones.
