Format the intake FAQ document

Within our AM handbook, we have an intake FAQ document. It was ultimately determined in #1490 that this document is worth keeping. Therefore, it is in need of formatting to make it more reader-friendly and in line with our documentation guidelines.

As anticipated, I did not get a chance to work on this and will move this into the next sprint.

@o-ram @laneymangan and @caitlinharper, I started going through the questions in the intake FAQ doc and realized a lot of these questions are outdated and can either be removed or edited. I already started that process with what was in the doc and believe we can add more FAQ to the list.

As for formatting, what if we include an FAQ section in the SOP_CS AM Agency Intake similar to this Remix one instead of having a separate doc? We should also include a similar disclaimer saying AMs or Product Lead should be updating the FAQ section regularly.

Thanks @mariearaneta! Really appreciate you taking the initiative to clean the content up as you go. I am in favor of whatever approach is easiest for navigating, so if you lean towards including the FAQ within the intake doc (like the Remix example), please feel free to move forward with that! And I totally agree with adding that disclaimer.

All to say, I think that all sounds great!

For this issue, once you've completed the formatting, you can close it, and we can open a separate issue to add more FAQs if that's easier. Are the content updates you have in mind/have started simple enough that you'd prefer to take care of it all under this issue, or would you like a separate one?
