I didn't get much time to play around with HubSpot automations here this week. I did attempt at asking AI to help with a workflow, but got stuck. I think I need to research externally outside of the HubSpot app instead of fiddling around. I'll try to set aside a little time to watch a HubSpot video this next sprint to see if this is possible the way we need it to work.

I was able to create a Workflow in HubSpot to play around with this, but became blocked when the following questions arose? Perhaps this is the next step post-research for this task?

Who do we want the automation to email at the agency when a ticket is created? Not every agency has a Data Officer as it's Job Role. We could have the automation email everyone on a company profile, but that doesn't seem the correct answer either... This aspect is our biggest blocker here, and a staple of CS relationships.
