Before our CRM data transfer, we'd like to clean up as many of our current contacts as we can. Thanks to our recent email blasts, we have a list of contacts that are either out of date, have errors in the spelling, no longer work at the agency or company in question, or just may be flat out incorrect.
Referencing this grid, please address any contact tagged with your name. In HubSpot, please correct the email contact if possible, fix broken connections to associated companies, or archive the contact if it is no longer needed.
Please note, both tabs have contacts that need to be cleaned up. Here are the number of contacts per AM to be cleaned up:
Adam: (Bot: 32 contacts / Erika: 92 contacts)
Nina: 139 contacts
Marie: 98 contacts
Olivia: 18 contacts
Laney: 17 contacts
Note that we have an additional 106 contacts with no assigned Account Manager. Once we complete agency assigned contacts, Adam will run a report on bounced contact numbers to see if it's necessary to audit these remaining contacts.
