Update payments/benefits pipeline report

Add a column that displays "non-msa" tagged deals, so it is clear which tracked agencies used the MSAs for their contactless systems and which ones did not.

@ninadinh-la ok some notes for you here, so sorry this has taken me a bit! LMK if you run into any issues or have any questions!

Basically, the following reports are used in a dashboard that gets sent to Andy, Gillian, and a few others. Andy has asked that we call out who we are tracking who has/is not used the MSAs. We do have a property that tracks whether or not the MSAs were used, so we simply just need to pull that property into the below reports.

Following the below links should take you straight into editing mode for those reports. Under the report name you will see 2 options: data and visualization.

1. Click on the data tab
2. Click that you want to Add deals property
3. Search for Used MSA contracts and click on the property to add it
4. Switch back to the visualization tab - you should now see the MSA property in the available properties to display. The MSA property needs to be dragged from that section into the Displaying section. I would suggest dragging it in between VOMS and Close date. This will add it to the table
5. If all looks good, click on Update existing report in the top right corner (the orange button)
6. Repeat for all others listed below!

Hello! All of these reports are blocked for me, they noted as "Private Reports."

@o-ram If there's a way to troubleshoot this and let me know. We can also plan to meet and go over this in a mtg if that's helpful.

@laneymangan If this needs to be done sooner rather than later, this could be reassigned. If it can wait, I can target this (for real) in the next sprint. Thank you!

@ninadinh-la can you try again? I think I had to expand the dashboard permissions since the reports are on dashboards, which I just did. If you still aren't able to see/edit, then we will probably need to hop on a call to troubleshoot together.

@laneymangan I am moving this to the current sprint since it ended up being blocked for Nina and I just changed permissions today.
