Prep for and hold final Remix transition meeting with Caltrans post-Remix workshop

August 5, 2025 Slack update:
I shared the client-friendly version of the Remix Workshop notes with Ritu & co. in the Cal-ITP Slack [Jess made an Olympian effort to clean these up before she left (after actually taking them during the workshop), I’m just getting them out the door].
They live in the CS/Caltrans Workshop – Remix folder in the CS workspace of the Cal-ITP Google Drive, along with the Caltrans-Cal-ITP Remix Transition Planning Google Sheet that has the transition timeline and agency onboarding journey/pipeline that we reviewed in the workshop.
Rather than build out the action items and follow-ups in the client-friendly Remix Workshop notes Doc, I’m taking the super-detailed action items and next steps that Jess organized in our INTERNAL_CS Remix Workshop Planning (July 2025) doc and building them into the transition timeline on the Caltrans-Cal-ITP Remix Transition Planning Google Sheet so that we can more easily track tasks in collaboration with the Caltrans team and have a more visual timeline as we approach the final transition deadline of September 30th.

August 12, 2025 Slack update in Cal-ITP Slack:
Couple of updates to the Caltrans-Cal-ITP Remix Transition Planning sheet:
The Transition Timeline tab has been updated. There are a couple of different views for the table, but if you click through the link, it will take you to the timeline view so that you can see what’s done and what’s left to do before 9/30.
The Transition Timeline tab also has a future label/section, where I am building out the program strategy responsibilities and decisions we have identified (so far) for Caltrans to tackle post-9/30, as well as all of the questions that Caltrans will have to determine next steps for that came out of the workshop. When you review these, please make a note of any you would like to discuss with CS before 9/30 and add them to the agenda for our Remix transition regroup on 8/21.
@Ritu, there is also a tab called Ritu's questions/requests for Remix that contains…exactly that! Please review these with Remix during your Remix/Cal-ITP Weekly Meeting on 8/13 and/or 8/20 if you can so that you can share in our Remix transition regroup on 8/21 and we can plan next steps if needed.

Held last meeting with Evan and Ritu on 9/29 to finalize transition of the Remix program management to Caltrans.

• Ritu to share agency onboarding doc (first we’ve heard of it???) w/ Olivia as FYI
• Ritu to transition meetings to biweekly starting in October + add all AMs as optional (Laney, Marie, Nina)
• CS will create a dashboard for Remix in Hubspot and share w/ Ritu (but I'm closing this ticket b/c the transition is done!)
