This License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity) and Calidy.com ("Licensor"). This Agreement governs your use of this software and any related documentation ("Software").
1. Grant of License
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Licensor hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
(a) Use one copy of the Software on a single computer for your personal, non-commercial use.
(b) Make one copy of the Software for archival purposes, or copy the Software onto the hard disk of your computer and retain the original for archival purposes.
2. Commercial Use License
Commercial Use means distribution, marketing, sale, license, sub-license, lease, rental or otherwise use of the Software for commercial purposes.
If you want to use this software for commercial purposes, you must acquire a Commercial Use License from the Licensor. Please contact the Licensor for pricing and terms of the Commercial Use License.
3. Ownership
The Software is owned by Licensor and is protected by copyright law. Licensor retains all rights not expressly granted to you in this Agreement.
4. Restrictions
You may not redistribute, sell, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise reduce the Software to a human-perceivable form.
5. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling the Software and destroying all copies of the Software. This Agreement will terminate immediately without notice from Licensor if you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software.
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of France without regard to conflict of laws principles.
