Problem description
This issue describes the scope for the next Dedicated Network API version, e.g. targeting the Sync26 meta-release. The issue description will be regularly updated based on the decision within the workgroup meetings.

The next release will be outside of the meta-release, aiming to make the recent changes visible on the landing page and creating a new baseline for the following work.
