Make `dials.two_theta_refine` a standard follow-on option after integration

It is best practice to run dials.two_theta_refine after integration to get the best overall cell parameters. This is particularly true when combining multiple data sets, but it is also useful with a single data set.

At the moment there is no button to run a dials.two_theta_refine job after integration (it could go immediately after integration or after dials.symmetry in the standard workflow). I can run it using the "optional" menu, but then it appears I am stuck in "optional" jobs. I'll post another issue about that one...

As we only have 4 parameters related to how to do calculations, for the moment I will put all parameters in a single widget, we can "refine" this later

This is the part of the Phil parameter list that I believe is relevant for processing:

The rest looks like is only for input and output

Yes, I might go further and say that all of these are rather "advanced" parameters. Possibly only combine_crystal_models should have an entry in the simple parameters list.

I can do the first version with only combine_crystal_models in the simple parameter and we pick up from there
