Cloudrun project name causes problems

The upload to cloud functionality requires these fields to be filled out:

In practice the project name can be set to anything if ID corresponds to an existing project. However, it cannot be empty because cloudrun then returns an error.

Multiple students stumbled on this point. To be honest, cloudrun should be more tolerant, but as a workaround I suggest that DUI2 should not allow an empty project name field prior to running cloudrun (or silently replace an empty name with e.g. "none")

Ok, Cloud developers say that project name is optional. That means it does not need to be provided to cloudrun. But what must not happen is that you say there is a project name but then provide an empty string
