[Skylanders Swap Force] Issue with fps graphics pack

Describe the issue
Raft accelerates entirely too fast

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Play mudwater hollow above 30fps

Expected behavior
Raft gets up to speed a lot slower

This is more than likely a spot where the raft's speed/accel was not set to be reduced after the FPS patch is applied

Granted it should be noted that my first play through was on X360. So it could be a console difference, though the acceleration still seems unnaturally fast.
