Auto-update Slack status when track changes

It would be ✨ great ✨ if we could auto-update the user's Slack status whenever the song they're listening to on Spotify changes. Ideas:

• Maybe Spotify has something that can notify the app by hitting an endpoint?
• Maybe Slack has a way of polling by hitting an endpoint in the app every few minutes for each user?
• Maybe we take @rick's idea and build a bot that authenticates as the user on Slack and runs /spotify-status on the user's behalf?
