We should add functionality of optimistic uploads: save file to disk, queue it for an upload to R2 and return.
The only caveat it to call delete to R2 before return so collision chances are minimum. Plus do a verification of the uploaded blob in case there was a concurrent. Edited: no need of verification if we can do validation via #12
