• Create numeric style: done on 13 Jul 2017 Create cambridge-university-press-numeric.csl styles#2807
• Create author date style: done on 05 Sept 2017 Create cambridge-university-press-author-date.csl styles#2934
• Create dependents: emailed publisher on 14.07.2017 for data (followed up with editors again in Jun-2018 & Jul-2022. No answer)

Started doing this manually, but it's 400 styles. Then found a list from 2021. We'd still need to assign the parent style for each though.

I've never seen a standardized style for CUP journals, unfortunately: The "Cambridge UP" styles that we have are for their books.
