1. Show node-type-name in the marketing page or;
2. Add pricing info to instanceSize.

Hi everyone!

Unfortunately, as of right now our APIs do not expose pricing information, so this will require some efforts on the back-end to allow showing pricing via the API and the CLI, we'll keep you updated as things progress 😄
