chore: add support for poetry v2 (#27)

* fix: add workaround for deprecation of python_marker in poetry.core.packages.package.Package

* chore: skip freezing wheels in the case of PyProjectError or RuntimeError

Also handle the upstream PyProjectException-->PyProjectError rename.
