Survivors spawn together

Rework how survivors currently spawn in and get in contact with each other, this should helpfully make the survs save time and be able to organize better.
Making the survs spawn in as teams.
Different pre-set teams survivors can be.

Likely more a coding change than a mapping change. Either:

• Pick a couple landmarks and find open turfs around it to spawn a few together
• Pick a random landmark and then only use landmarks that are closest to it

I dunno why I got pinged in all of these but OK github.

While I'm here, we tested something like this aaaand:
Surv players didn't like it
Coordination DECREASED between surv players (because surv players are actually made of some sort of analog to anti-matter and do not comply with normal and sane models of understanding)
Xenos metarushed known locations of spawns

When coordination was good (usually via metagroups rolling together) they would rush the hive. This was especially bad on Shivas but I don't know what y'all are doing with that at this point.
