Add kagent stacked logos

As per PR #571 a stacked logo must be added for kagent project.

I see @castrojo offered to find a volunteer. I think CNCF had/has an logo designer?

I never saw any desire from the maintainers to have a vertical lockup and ultimately think they should decide.

I'm not involved with kagent so suggest assigning this to @peterj.
