🐞Theme being overwritten by YouTube

Concise Description

Most of what's black here is usually a different color, based on the theme I use (Night). For some reason, YouTube just started replacing most of my chosen theme with their own Dark theme. When I switched it to Light, all of the black parts swapped to white (as expected for their Dark/Light themes). This just started happening in the last 10-15 minutes.

I don't know how this happened, it just happened out of nowhere.

I had a similar issue where YT was still marked as being in dark mode but the bg was white. refreshing didn't do anything. eventually figured it was this extension. disabled it and it went back to normal. turned it back on and checked the themes tab in its settings and made sure to mark it as youtube dark, and its kept its proper colors. might be the same thing for you.

Already did that. Disabled the extension, turned it back on, checked the themes. Problem persists.

My Black theme doesn't work, it's pretty much just the default youtube dark theme.
