Failed to start on WebStorm 8.0.1

Run with COLT -> Trying to connect COLT (about 20s) gives:
Error running autogenerated: Can't establish connection with COLT

which version of COLT in title of window. Or COLT didn't start?

"Establishing COLT connection" is the only modal window I see before the error.

@DarkPark so COLT didn't start at all? Or if it started - what version does it have? (Should say at the title of the COLT app).

I'm trying to start it for the first time so I don't know has it started or not and how should it look like.
I've described what I see.

3 steps:
Select Tools -> "Run With COLT"
"Establishing COLT connection" is the only modal window I see before the error
Error running autogenerated: Can't establish connection with COLT

try this version(1.1.5) of plugin(http://codeorchestra.s3.amazonaws.com/tmp/colt-idea-plugin-js.zip) now it wait for approve. And download latest version of COLT from http://codeorchestra.com/

Downloaded the COLT and plugin, extracted COLT and installed plugin.
Unfortunately nothing has changed.

can you run COLT manually (click on 'colt' on extracted folder)?

If I try to double-click it in my file manager (Thunar) then nothing happens.
But there is a strange zero-sized file appears ???V@????@8.
