Better UI for long loading files

Users failed to understand that files keep uploading for a long time.

• If the upload spinner for a new file keeps on loading longer than 7 seconds we want an additional text "This may take a while..." next to the uploading file.

• If a file with the same name is reupload ask if the user wants to keep waiting for the first file that is still loading
