Unable to connect to the website

Hi all,
since today was everything ok. But today I cannot login anymore to my website running the web interface.
If I use the clients everything is fine.
I'm running vaultwarden (1.36.0) and vaultwarden (1.36.0).
when I try to login to the webpage, I get the following error in a popup "Si è verificato un errore. Si è verificato un errore imprevisto." (An error has occurred. An unexpected error has occurred. )

Where can I find some logs to understand that is the problem?
