Notediscovery

The Notediscovery script is ready for testing:

Default credentials:
Password: admin

Authentication is disabled by default. Enable it in /opt/notediscovery/config.yaml and change the default password.
Notes are stored as plain Markdown files in /opt/notediscovery/data.

Note: This is not in the official repo yet—it's just a dev version! After merging into ProxmoxVE, it will need to be recreated.

Install and Web UI work, update function also working as expected.
