📋 Script Details

OmniRoute is a self-hosted AI gateway: a single OpenAI-compatible endpoint that fronts many providers with smart auto-fallback, rate limiting and a management dashboard. Installed as a global npm CLI (Node.js) with SQLite storage; required secrets (JWT/API/encryption keys, initial admin password) are generated at install and stored in /opt/omniroute/.env. Dashboard and API on port 20128 (/v1).

The OmniRoute script is ready for testing:

The generated admin password and secrets (JWT_SECRET, API_KEY_SECRET, STORAGE_ENCRYPTION_KEY) are set once at install and stored in /opt/omniroute/.env. The dashboard login uses INITIAL_PASSWORD from that file.
STORAGE_ENCRYPTION_KEY encrypts the SQLite database at rest. Do not lose /opt/omniroute/.env or the encrypted data becomes unrecoverable.
Reset the admin password anytime with: omniroute-reset-password

Note: This is not in the official repo yet—it's just a dev version! After merging into ProxmoxVE, it will need to be recreated.
