- Be kind and constructive.
- Ask clarifying questions before assuming intent.
- Give actionable feedback focused on the work, not the person.
- Respect boundaries, time zones, and differing levels of experience.
- Harassment, discrimination, or personal attacks.
- Sexualized language or unwelcome sexual attention.
- Doxxing or sharing private information.
- Persistent disruption, trolling, or bad-faith engagement.
If you experience or witness unacceptable behavior:
- If it is security-sensitive, follow
SECURITY.md. - Otherwise, report it through a safe maintainer channel or, when appropriate, a GitHub issue.
Include:
- what happened
- where it happened (issue/PR/link)
- who was involved
- any relevant screenshots or logs
Maintainers may take action they deem appropriate, including warnings, content removal, temporary bans, or permanent bans, to protect the community.
