docs(0.5.10): record final issue count and release verification

Nine open issues remain, down from nineteen. All are genuine unbuilt work
(TUI backlog #24-#28, #30-#32, and #11 hybrid log search); none now
misrepresents shipped behavior, which was A-1's actual goal.
