Codecov is making noise in ci

I think that we should drop codecov here, possibly in favor of codeql

Aren't those two totally different types of products? At least after some googling I didn't figure out how to use CodeQL to replace Codecov.

Actually, yes. I think that we stopped using it in.... iirc sdk and maybe ibc too, due to the noise factor. If you've got ideas on how to use it without the noise I'm all ears.
