Percentages for "Vaccine doses administered" instead of (or in addition to) absolute numbers for every state

Solution would be simply adding a new column for vaccines administered/population for every state. My personal preference would be to go a step further and remove absolute numbers and replace by percentages.

This would be great as it would help state and people reflect the number of people who are actually vaccinated and exercise caution and motivate others to get vaccinated.

@Megatron1024 I made this website by using covid19 database. It shows the percentage of vaccines administered per state. It also shows the estimate time it should take to vaccinate everyone in that state. etacovidindia.netlify.app
