feature: update Apple_Terminal emoji widths with native macOS measurements

- Updated from native macOS Terminal.app (not GitHub Actions)
- Key differences from GitHub Actions measurements:
  * ☑️: 1 (was 2 in CI)
  * ⚙️: 2 (was 1 in CI - fixed with variation selector)
  * ⚠️: 2 (was 1 in CI - fixed with variation selector)
- All other emoji widths match
- Updated measurement notes to indicate native source
- Provides accurate emoji rendering for standard macOS Terminal
