What happened?

Description

When the Content Block field contains a Matrix field, creating a draft results in an error:
The draft could not be saved.
Attempting to duplicate an element in an unsupported site.

Steps to reproduce

1. When the Content Block field contains a Matrix field in entry.
2. Click the Add a site...
3. Click the Create a draft

Expected behavior

Create a draft

Actual behavior

Get a Error.
Unsupported site – craft\errors\UnsupportedSiteException
Attempting to duplicate an element in an unsupported site.

I’m not able to reproduce that. Could you please send your Composer files and a database backup into support@craftcms.com so we can look into it with your site?
