[6.x]: alpha 7: Some styles are missing in CP widgets

What happened?

Description

Since alpha.7, some styles have been missing for widgets.

i can see this on console:
The stylesheet https://craft64.ddev.site/vendor/craft/legacy/tailwindreset/dist/tailwind_reset.js?v=6.0.0-alpha.7 was not loaded because its MIME type, “text/javascript”, is not “text/css”.

Seeing the same on 6.0.0-alpha.6, FWIW.

So I don’t think anything regressed in alpha 7; the styling is just in general a WIP.

@brandonkelly Sorry for reporting a work-in-progress issue. I re-checked this because I started doubting my memory :)
I installed a fresh Craft alpha.8 site and downgraded it to alpha.6 in a hacky way by bypassing the isCraftSchemaVersionCompatible() check. In that setup, the button styles work correctly.

Got that issue to when moved up from alpha 6 to 8.
