discourse.crowdai.org and other participant communication

Proposal migrated from Slack chat.

• Install a branded Discourse under discourse.crowdai.org, authenticate against crowdAI OAuth
• Have general channels and challenge-specific channels. Need to look into more how this would work, migrate all exiting conversations.
• Remove 'Discussions' from app, link to discourse
• Gitter remains for informal chat
• Github remains for interaction with challenge code.
