Discord webhook

Well sorry I'm posting this as an issue but I tried to use this option Discord webhook for out of character chat, i pasted the url, saved setting, reload application, but nothing happens?

Could you explain me how it works?

Just wanted to say that I'm also having this problem, I have the webhooks set up in my Discord and no messages are being mirrored :(
